  • For Transplant indications Red unless from a Trust/speciality that hasn't formally repatriated it's patients or for patients who require weekly scripts for MDS boxes Amber.            
  • An azathioprine 50mg in 5ml suspension (unlicensedunlicensed) is also available.

  • Approved as second-line therapy in patients who do not tolerate mycophenolate mofetil.
